• Usage data: Pages visited, search queries entered, and doctor profiles viewed (anonymised).
• Device data: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the MyDoktor.ph directory service.
• To verify doctor credentials and process claim requests.
• To display doctor profiles to patients searching the directory.
• To send you account-related emails (verification, claim status updates).
• To improve the accuracy and completeness of our listings.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers or marketing companies.

4. Doctor Profile Data

Doctor profiles on MyDoktor.ph are publicly visible. This includes name, specialty, city, hospital affiliations, consultation fees, and clinic contact details. Doctors who claim their profile may update or remove this information at any time via their dashboard.

Unclaimed profiles contain only publicly available professional information. If you are a doctor who wishes to update or remove your listing, please claim your profile or contact us directly.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that users can only access their own account data.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Cookies

MyDoktor.ph uses minimal cookies to ensure the site functions correctly. These include:

• Session cookies: To keep you logged in during your visit.
• Preference cookies: To remember your language setting (English or Filipino).

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Third-Party Services

MyDoktor.ph uses the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment.
• Google Fonts — web fonts (Inter and Plus Jakarta Sans).
